Catering and Private Events
For catering and private events, choose from our Wine Country boxed lunch or appetizers and hors d’oeuvres menus, then call in your order at 707-433-1913. All are terrific choices for presenting working lunches, family events, special occasions, birthday celebrations, spontaneous get-togethers, sales calls, business meetings, and when you're just running too late to even think of making it at home…or want to treat yourself!
We also prepare soups, salads, cookies and more - in bulk - which can be quite handy as well as welcome for your next event, be it a family gathering, celebration of life reception, corporate incentive brunch, or winery event. Examples from our delectable appetizers and hors d’oeuvres menu include goat cheese and carmelized onion tarts, stuffed mushroom with spinach, walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese or seafood-stuffed mushrooms, miniature crab cakes with tarragon rémoulade, and fresh seasonal melon with Prosciutto di Parma. Seasonal fresh fruit and extraordinary cheese platters are always a good idea at an event, as are antipasto platters – a bountiful display of seasonal grilled, steamed and raw vegetables with dipping sauces, local artisan and imported cheese, olives, pepperoncini, marinated artichoke hearts and cured meats and salamis accompanied by Costeaux award winning breads. Speaking of breads, Focaccia can be a refreshing and unusual addition to your appetizers buffet, as well as an economical special event choice. It can be created with an eye-catching array of different colorful and tasty toppings from house made marinara or pesto sauce to cranberry with creamy imported goat cheese, further enhanced by carmelized walnuts.
Both pick up and off-site catering delivery is available. There is a nominal charge for delivery depending upon your proximity to our Healdsburg bakery café. Please note we don't provide full service off-site catering service, but you can pick up - or we can deliver - platters and fixings of all sorts and sizes. Private events at Costeaux are a gorgeous and regular occurrence. From corporate holiday parties to family reunions; rehearsal dinners and wedding brunches; and not-for-profit kick offs and thank- you events and birthday parties; we provide a gracious, warm and joyful ambiance...as well as unbelievably good food for your guests. While our establishment is not usually a linened table kind of place, we do dress up well. We can host sit down dinners for 24 – 60 people or stand up receptions up to 150 people.
