Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
Chocolate cookie crumb crust with three luscious layers
of mousse – bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate
and milk chocolate - topped with an exquisite handmade
chocolate rose
Princess Cake
Moist white chiffon cake filled with Bavarian custard,
raspberry conserve and whipped cream enrobed in marzipan. Edible
seasonal garnishes include holly, pumpkin stalk, and valentine
rose.
St. Honoré Cake
Thin layers of white chiffon cake brushed with rum, filled
with rum custard and whipped cream atop a layer of flakey puff
pastry coated with rich chocolate butter cream. This beautiful
cake is frosted with whipped cream and rum custard bon bons then
finished Maraschino cherries and a festive red ribbon.
Chocolate Decadence Torte
Rich dense almost flourless chocolate torte iced with
dark chocolate ganache
French Apple Tart
Almond frangipane encased in buttery pâte sucré, topped
with a generous amount of fresh Granny Smith apples, and lightly
brushed with an apricot Grand Marnier glaze
Panforte
A sophisticated paring of candied orange and lemon peelings
plus hazelnuts and almonds with a touch of cocoa. Panforte ships
particularly well and makes an ideal gift.
