Before dinner on February 14th, guests can meet with local olive expert, Don Landis, over a curated Olive Bar and enjoy charcuterie with Costeaux baguettes, Journeyman Meat Company salumi and other local, artisanal fare. Dry Creek Olive Company will be featured throughout the multi-course dinner and a special dessert prepared by Nancy Seppi is also in store. The culinary adventure also includes wine pairings from Trattore Farms and Pedroncelli Winery.
