Shipping
Costeaux ships throughout the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).  Shipments are normally done on Monday to ensure product freshness.  The United States Postal Service is the preferred shipping method.  Please note: In the event of a holiday on a Monday that results in an office closure, shipments will be processed the following day.  Due to the highly perishable of our products, we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.  Most often shipping costs are included in the price of the product purchased.

Costeaux wants you to be satisfied with all purchases made on our site.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at orders@costeaux.com.  We have the right to replace the item and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Returns, Refunds + Cancellations
Given the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.  For non-perishable goods to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  The refund must be processed within 30 days.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Gift cards are non-returnable.  You may cancel your order with 72-hour notice by emailing orders@costeaux.com.
