Costeaux crafted Tia Maria, a sister neighborhood bakery café located in the eastern Roseland area of Santa Rosa. Tia Maria is coined in honor of Mary Zandrino, the great aunt (Aunt Mary or Tia Maria) who encouraged Nancy and Karl Seppi to get into the bakery business in the early 1980’s. Can I pre-order whole cakes from Tia Maria?

Yes, cakes can be ordered online in advance for easy in-store pickup. You can also visit anytime to select a Cuatro Leches from our case. Instead of the typical Tres Leches cakes, we use four milks to craft ours.
